At the end of each summer we have fitness testing to see how hard we worked on our off season. Our testing included bench press, back squat, body weight squat, burpees, sit ups, hang test, body fat, grip test, and a sprinting endurance test. I left school with 25% body fat and came back at 20%. Finished in the top of my team in all my tests and even won one of them. If it was not for Liana's help, I do not think I would of preformed as well as I did. Thanks for a great summer of training!
