First time I attempted the gauntlet that my PT set up for me was 200 squats, 200 push-ups and 100 burpees. I was able to complete it in a time of 45:30 on June 19th. In short, I struggled to finish the first time through.
But with two months of consistent hard training and motivation from Liana I was challenged to attempt the gauntlet again. On Aug 17th, we did the same workout and I finished with a time of 19:57.
I can't believe I shed my time by just over 26 min. The strength and endurance that I built in such little time was incredible. There is no doubt in my mind that my current fitness level would be nowhere near as good if GoPerformance wasn't training me. My success is their success and vice versa.
