I joined Go Performance Fitness because I wanted to make a positive change in my life, I’m also hoping to live forever and they tell me working out is good for that. I found an incredibly welcoming environment that offered a ton of great classes. As great as those classes were I knew I was looking for a more individualized environment. I looked into starting with a personal trainer and after one session with Kyle I knew I had to sign on for more. There is an amazing feeling knowing that there is someone out there besides you who wants you to reach your personal best and then to kick your own personal best’s butt. I went from not being able to do a proper squat (without any weight) to being able to front squat over 125 pounds! That is a big deal because for me that’s the equivalent of me holding another me while I squat. And the best part is, I know I’m only going to get better because Kyle is continuing to support my growth and finding areas we can improve on so that I can reach my fitness goal. He’s also helped me strengthen my back so I can actually walk upright now as opposed to what was becoming known as my signature slouch. I’m also more capable of doing things for myself that last year would have been impossible (like moving into a new apartment and not having to find friends to be my muscle because I was my own muscle). Personal training has given me more independence, even in the gym, because now I can go in by myself and know what I’m doing and work through the routines that Kyle has given me. Training with Kyle has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for that positive change, because I’ve seen tremendous growth in the five months I’ve been training with him and so will you.
