I started training with Liana to lose weight and gain muscle but more importantly to eliminate the back pain I had been suffering from for years. Liana incorporated strength training exercises as well as cardio but she had a way of making the cardio aspect fun! Whether it had been doing mountain climbers in between sets or jump squats, she always had me moving. I started to lose weight without even realizing and the endurance I built was remarkable.
Over the course of just a few months I really started to notice less pain in my back and that my core had become substantially stronger. I managed to lose 25lbs in 3 months with Liana by my side and couldn’t be happier.
