Jackie and I were both newly post-partum when we joined team Liana. We were looking for a fitness option that would help us get back in shape after having babies, gain muscle, and boost our energy levels without taking too much time out of our busy work weeks. Liana took our individual movement limitations into consideration and sculpted a plan to do just that. Liana kept the workouts interesting and never had us do the same exercise twice. She introduced us to equipment in the gym which we had always shied away from, giving us the tools to now utilize our entire gym. Liana made working out fun. Jackie normally hated the gym, but we both really looked forward to our sessions with Liana. Within 10 sessions, Jackie and I were each down several inches, up significant muscle, and had much higher energy levels day to day. Meeting with Liana was one of the best things I’ve done for myself and was the turning point in my fitness journey.
