After a few months of procrastination, I knew I had a long and challenging road ahead of me to be ready for the 2018/19 rugby season at McGill University. When I found Liana I knew there and then I had found someone willing to push me to my limits to achieve my fitness and preparation goals. I had a timeline of one month to get to where I needed to be as co captain of my team. Two weeks in, I could already feel my previous strength and readiness returning. With another two to go I knew with the push from Liana I could be sure that I would not only be fit enough, I’d be fitter and stronger than I’ve been in previous seasons. Her ability to incorporate cardio, with strength and agility training is truly unique and helpful. If anyone is considering her as a personal trainer be assured you are in the best hands possible.
