1:1 private personal training + group fitness, with the benefits of both!
Semi-private personal training involves working with a personal trainer alongside up to 3 other clients in a session.
The small-group size of this hybrid training model offers you the opportunity to be part of an intimate community of support, accountability, motivation, + shared success while receiving the personal attention and individualized programming of a personal trainer to meet your own fitness goals.
It is NOT a Group Exercise class.
In group training, everyone is doing the same workout together. In semi-private personal training, each client is doing their own program, tailored to their needs and goals while sharing the coaching of a personal trainer.
It is NOT just discounted personal training.
