When I first came to the gym, I had some problems getting up from the floor, without holding onto something. I also could not climb onto a stool without something for support. Within a few months I was getting up with just a hand on the floor for support, and could hop up on a stool without and problems. As my PT gave me a new exercise to do, If I had a problem doing it, Then he didn't push me, but changed the exercise. He would then re-introduce it or something similar later, and I would find I could often do it then. I am surprised by some of the things I can now do, and also how much better I feel overall these days. I am really pleased with the way things have been going and will continue to see Justin every couple of weeks to make sure I am staying on track.
