First time I attempted the gauntlet that my PT set up for me was 200 squats, 200 push-ups and 100 burpees. I was able to complete it in a time of 45:30 on June 19th. In short, I struggled to finish the first time through. But with two months of consistent hard training and motivation from Liana I was challenged to attempt the gauntlet again.
